Marsden Wagner, M.D. World Health Organization
Midwifery Services of Lambton-Kent was first established in Sarnia in 1994 by Debbie Smith. We have since grown to eight midwives and have clinic sites in Sarnia and Chatham, providing pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum care for women and their newborns.
